Duke (-110) was the pretournament favorite and they’ve kept that distinction after cruising through their first four games, including defeating #2 seeded Alabama by 20 points in their Elite Eight game. Florida (+300) was the second favorite entering the tournament, and they’ve kept that spot even though they had some close games vs UConn in the second round and Texas Tech in the Elite Eight.
