In this example the Kraken are favored to win the game. The money line odds can be seen in the second column of the odds screenshot above. The Kraken have money line odds of -148, which means you must wager $148 to win $100 betting on the Kraken to win. The Blues are underdogs with odds of +132 indicating that a $100 wager would win $132 (payout $232) betting on the Blues.
The total is set at 5.5 goals. You can bet the over if you think 6 or more goals will be scored in the game, or the under if you think 5 or fewer goals will be scored.
The first column above shows the puck line odds. This is basically a spread bet. The Kraken (-1.5) would have to win by 2 or more goals to win the puck line bet. A $100 bet on the Kraken -1.5 would win $175 (payout $275). For the Blues +1.5 bet to win St. Louis has to either win the game outright or lose by 1 goal. This is the more likely outcome, so you would have to risk $205 to win $100 betting on the Blues puck line in the above example.
