The 2025 MLS season begins on February 22nd. The 2025 season will consist of 34 games for each club, with the regular season concluding on October 18th. The season will pause in late June for the CONCACAF Gold Cup and FIFA Club World Cup (Seattle Sounders FC and Inter Miami CF will be participating). The Leagues Cup tournament will return in August, but there will be no MLS break for this MLS and Liga MX competition. The MLS Cup Playoffs (which will once again be expanded to 9 teams from each Conference) will begin shortly after the season ends, with the 2025 MLS Cup Final crowning the MLS Champion expected to take place in early December.
Major League Soccer is continuing to grow in popularity and I’m expecting plenty of betting action on MLS games this year.

MLS Match Betting
BetOnline will be taking bets on every match throughout the MLS season. To find the odds at BetOnline.ag, open the ‘Soccer’ drop down menu and select ‘Top Leagues’ -> ‘Major League Soccer’.
The popular spread, money line, and over/under odds will be shown for every game. You can also click on the team names to bring up the other betting options available for the game.
Here is a screenshot of how the odds look for the season opening game between Inter Miami CF and New York City FC:
In this example, Inter Miami are the favorites to win the game at odds of -136. This means you would have to risk $136 to win $100 betting on Inter Miami to win the game (the bet would payout $236).
A $100 bet on New York City FC to pull off the upset would win $365 (payout $465) and a $100 bet on the game to end in a draw would win $288 (payout $388).
You can also bet on the spread, which has Miami as a 0.75 goal favorite in this example. The over/under is set at 3 goals. You can bet on whether the total number of goals scored in the match by both teams will be more than or fewer than 3.
Some other prop betting options that can typically be found by clicking through to the game specific page include correct score, double chance, draw no bet, and various other team and player props.
Check out our soccer page for a further breakdown of the different bets you can make on MLS matches.
